Participants direct the development of their own Plans of Care and may exercise choice among available service providers. Staff provide follow-up and monitoring of services and active assessment of participant satisfaction.

For individuals requiring bilingual services, such as an interpreter or translation of written materials, MORC Home Care Services can make these arrangements.
