MORC Home Care is a non-profit, human services agency that provides comprehensive, community-based, in-home services for eligible persons who are medically appropriate for nursing home placement.  Services are provided through the MI Choice Waiver Program supported by Medicaid funds from the Michigan Department of Community Health.

MI Choice services make the difference between a person staying in his or her own home or going into a nursing home. While most of the people served are elderly, there are some individuals who are younger and have a disability.

MORC Home Care accepts referrals for the MI Choice Waiver Program from seniors, adults with disabilities, family members, friends, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, public service agencies, and other service providers. MI Choice includes prescreening, assessment, care management, and direct purchase of services.

MORC Home Care is an affiliate agency of Macomb-Oakland Regional Center, Inc., an international organization with over 33 years of experience supporting children and adults with a variety of disabilities.
