MORC Home Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, human services agency and an agent of the MI Choice Waiver Program, a comprehensive, community based, in-home services program designed for eligible persons who are medically appropriate for nursing home placement.

MI Choice services make the difference between a person staying in his or her own home or going into a nursing home. While most of the people served are elderly, there are some individuals who are younger and have a disability.

MORC Home Care accepts referrals for the MI Choice Waiver Program from seniors, adults with disabilities, family members, friends, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, public service agencies, and other service providers. MI Choice includes prescreening, assessment, care management, and direct purchase of services.

The MI Choice Waiver Program is supported through Medicaid funds provided by the Michigan Department of Community Health.
